Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookies 3 cups almond flour ½ cup coconut oil, melted ¼ cup coconut flour ½ cup honey 2 large eggs 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1-1/2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips 1. Preheat oven to 375deg F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In small mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Set aside. 3. Beat together in mixing bowl the eggs, honey and vanilla with hand mixer or wire whisk. 4. Pour wet ingredients slowly into dry ingredients and beat with mixer until combined. 5. Add the melted coconut oil and continue to blend until combined. Stir in Chocolate Chips. 6. Drop Tablespoon size balls of cookie dough onto prepared baking sheet 7. Bake approximately 8-10 minutes.
