Popular Culture displays disrespect for motherhood, despite statistics proving the importance of a mom’s role in developing healthy adults.  Additional research shows the importance of parental involvement in a child’s life — from being home after school to committing to being a stay-at-home mom or stay-at-home parent.

Not only do moms contend with disrespect from popular culture, now “opt out” moms are complaining that it’s difficult for a one-time stay-at-home mom to get hired BACK into the work force.
