Riley is a stay-at-home mom and has been married to her husband, Jared, for 5 years. Riley is the Outreach Manager for ChannelMom’s HomeStretch Moms: Mentoring Moms Out Of Homelessness; in addition, Riley is an entrepreneur with her own clothing boutique for the plus-size woman. Her passion is to encourage women and to help them understand how wonderfully made they are. Riley believes, “women are world makers and, as women, it’s our responsibility to come alongside one another to bring up the next generation and care for each other.”
Chris is a wife and mother of 4 grown children and a retired RN. Chris’s volunteer work is plentiful: She volunteered at Denver’s Inner City Health Clinic, managed Outreach for Women at Mission Hills Church, volunteered with Open Door Ministries and has led or been part of 15 international missions trips. Chris co-authored a book on parenting, entitled From Another Mother’s Heart. She’s been a speaker for numerous MOPS groups and helped launch a MOPS at her former church. Chris joined ChannelMom’s Board in 2015.
Stu is a husband and father of 2 adult children and Senior Pastor at Redemption Hills Church. Stu turned to ministry work after extensive time in the highly competitive world of Corporate Finance as a business executive. He also works with numerous global and local ministries, and preaches regularly at various churches, prisons, and recovery ministries. Stu is a graduate of Denver Seminary with a Master of Divinity. He has been married to Trish for 31 years and has two grown children, Erich and Hannah. Stu has been on the ChannelMom Board since 2014.
Trish is a wife and mother of 2 adult children. Trish has been married to Stu for 31 years and has been a tireless advocate for the covenant of marriage and has a love and compassion for those in the bondage of addiction. She is currently a Donor Advisor for K-LOVE Radio and Air1. Trish loves her home state of Colorado, her 2 big dogs, cooking and exercise (to offset the cooking). Trish has been on theChannelMom Board since 2014.
Kori Keith is a wife and mother of 4; Kori is the founder and CEO of Lakewood Mortgage Advisors, Inc., which specializes in providing litigation consulting and due diligence services to the banking industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas in secondary education and is a former English teacher. Kori serves as a volunteer leader of children’s ministries at Platte Canyon Community Church and volunteers at The Venue Theater, a community children’s theater in Colorado. She has served on the Board of ChannelMom since 2014.
Jennifer Jo Lloyd
Jennifer Lloyd has been married since 1997 and is the mother of 3 children. She grew up north of downtown Pittsburgh where her extended family still reside. She earned her title as Early Education Specialist and Elementary School Teacher Certification at the University of Pittsburgh in 1998. She taught kindergarten and preschool for 6 years before starting her family. Jennifer relocated to Denver in 2005 and learned about ChannelMom Radio for the first time at a MOPS meeting where Jenny Dean Schmidt was a guest speaker. She is an active volunteer at her children’s schools and is involved with the ChannelMom Outreach, Homestretch Moms, helping to positively impact women’s lives. She joined the board in March 2018.
Jenny Dean Schmidt
Jenny is a wife and mother of 2 teen children. She is host of ChannelMom Radio (and podcast) in Denver. Jenny splits her time between being a stay-at-home mom and serving as Executive Director of ChannelMom Media & Outreach. She formerly had a career as a TV reporter and producer for both network and network affiliates, winning an Emmy for her reporting work. Jenny speaks to MOPS groups and other organizations. She also enjoys exercising, hiking, Bible study and laughing with her family. She’s been on the ChannelMom Board of Directors since 2014.
Mike is a husband and father of 2 teen children. He and his wife, Jenny, have been married for 26 years (they met in nursery school). Mike is Superintendent of Platte Canyon School District, where he also serves as High School Principal and Head Varsity Football Coach. Over the years, Mike has also served as a high school math teacher. Before he turned his career to education, Mike was a Defensive Coordinator for a Division III college football team. Mike was formerly a director on the Board for CHSAA (Colorado High School Activities Association) and he joined the ChannelMom Board of Directors in 2014.
